Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

During these hours, our front desk staff are available, and regular clinic services are in session.

Our hours may vary based on practitioner schedules, yoga classes, workshops, and special events. Yoga classes and room rentals may take place outside of regular office hours, including evenings and weekends.
