Are you new to Lake Life, in pain or interested in trying Acupuncture?

Start with a First Office Call visit. You will need to fill out our patient intake forms FIRST before you can schedule. We are very thorough and want to make sure we provide you with the absolute best care possible. If you struggle with online paperwork or are not able to schedule for whatever reason using our online system, just call our office 208-264-0644 or come into the office, we do have paper options available or we can help you fill them out.

Have you been to our Center before, but it’s been longer than a year? Book HERE for a Re-exam.

Please note: our online schedule does not provide same day appointments, and sometimes do not show every available option that allow for emergencies. If you are in a lot of pain or cannot find a time online that works for you, please call our office right away so that our staff can help you. We cannot always accommodate emergency/same day requests, but we will do our best to find a solution for you to the best of our/and our schedule’s ability.
