Yoga Mats & Props

• $15 flat fee per rental

• Bring your own mats and props: no charge

• Included at no additional charge for approved recurring renters

Which rental length should I choose?

• 1-hour rental: Best for a short class, private session, or rental with very minimal setup and cleanup. Your reserved hour includes setup, class time, cleanup, and departure.

• 90-minute rental: Recommended for a 60-minute class. Includes approximately 15 minutes before class for arrival and setup and 15 minutes after class for cleanup.

• 2 hours or longer: Best for longer classes, workshops, trainings, and events that need extra setup or cleanup time.

Rental time includes setup, cleanup, and departure. Please book enough time to vacate the studio by the end of your reservation.

Conference Room Rental

Our private conference room is a quiet, professional setting for meetings, consultations, and small group work.

Treatment Room Rentals (Evenings & Weekends)

Select treatment rooms are available for evening and weekend rental for approved practitioners offering one-on-one sessions such as counseling, coaching, or other professional services that align with a quiet wellness environment.

Important Note: Treatment room rentals are available for approved professional use only. Practitioners renting treatment rooms operate as independent businesses and are not affiliated with Lake Life Wellness & Yoga.

Lobby Rental

Our spacious, welcoming lobby is available for private workshops, gatherings, and small events. With a warm, wellness-centered atmosphere and plenty of natural light, it’s a beautiful alternative to a traditional meeting or event room.

Pricing

Hourly Rentals:

• $75 for the first hour

• $60 for each additional consecutive hour

• 2-hour minimum for hourly rentals

Package Rentals:

• Half-Day Rental (up to 6 hours): $350

• Full-Day Rental (up to 12 hours): $450

Approved recurring renters also receive yoga mats and props included at no additional charge for yoga-studio rentals.

Nonprofit & Community Rate

Local nonprofits, community organizations, and eligible community groups may receive 10–15% off published rental rates, subject to availability and approval.

Cleaning & Care Expectations

To keep our space welcoming and affordable for everyone, renters are asked to leave the room in the same condition it was found. This includes returning props to their designated areas, wiping down anything used, and removing personal items and trash.

Excessive cleaning or damage may result in an additional fee if required.
