So many of us struggle with sleepless nights–whether it is worrying about the next day, repeating the current day over and over in our heads, or an environment that keeps waking us up, we all know how a poor night’s sleep can affect our whole day. But some of us struggle with chronic sleeplessness. Perhaps you sleep the whole night and yet still wake up tired or are caught in the vicious cycle of not being able to fall asleep at night and then need a nap in the afternoon.
Whether you have insomnia, restless legs, sleep apnea, easy waking response, nocturia (having to get up to urinate), or countless other sleep-related issues, this workshop is for you. Find out the importance of sleep, the hormones and physiological mechanisms involved, the different conditions that can affect it, and best of all, how to treat it.
